If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his order, he can exercise his right to return part or all of the products he bought within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt by informing by e-mail at info @ brilliance- shop.gr

Returns are accepted only if the following conditions apply: a) the customer must inform our company about the upcoming return by phone or e-mail. (b) the products must be in the same condition in which they were received, ie without the paper label being removed and without the original packaging being damaged. (c) the products must be accompanied by proof of retail sale.

The new product is sent to the customer's place by courier or ELTA. The change is made with the procedure DELIVERY - RECEIPT, ie upon receipt of the new product the customer will deliver the previous one to the courier. This procedure costs € 4, an amount covered by the customer.

If the product that the customer receives is not satisfied for any reason and he does not want to exchange it with someone else, he can request a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The return is accepted if the following conditions are met:
The products that the customer wants to return must be in the same condition as the one in which he received them, and in any case must not have been used.
Labels with the usual product indications should also be included intact. 
Finally, the products must be accompanied by the relevant purchase and delivery documents (eg receipt, invoice)

The product can be returned with any courier company serving the customer. Shipping costs are covered by the customer and the return address is the headquarters of our company. The return package should include a form stating the details of the customer's bank account (IBAN, Beneficiary Name, Bank), in which he wishes the money to be deposited. If the transaction was made with a credit or debit card, then our company will proceed with the reversal of the transaction within 14 days of its return.

 Refunds from return products are only valid for online orders, where payment is completed before the products are shipped. There is no refund from purchases of products made in the physical store.
